Appointment
It is possible with us to get an appointment for Roqyah, Hijama (men) or mediation discussions. Making appointments is only possible telephone from Tuesday to Sunday from 10: 00 hour to 18.00 hour. You can then call 010 751 1780. It is NOT possible to get an appointment via email or facebook!
Cancel an appointment
If you are unable to attend the appointment, you must do so no later than 48 hours in advance telephone to cancel. This is not possible by voicemail! Provide the details with which you have made the appointment such as name and telephone number.
If you do not cancel the appointment in time (at least 48 hours before you have the appointment) then we are forced to NO other agreements.
Terms and Conditions
- 1 or 2 days before the roqyah you will be called to confirm the appointment. If we cannot confirm the appointment, we will schedule someone else in the place. So be easily accessible.
- A ma7ram must be present with the sisters during the roqyah. If you don't have a ma7ram at all, you can take another sister with you with her ma7ram
- The sisters must wear long, wide clothing and it face to cover with a headscarf or niqab.
Roqyah at home
Unfortunately that is not possible. When the patient does not have the opportunity to come to us, we can help the patient with a treatment plan. The treatment plan can be obtained by email.
